Jennifer Ribarovski has worked with thousands of early learning services across Australia, supporting them through crisis, growth, and everything in between. She is regularly sought out by CEOs, and leaders to diagnose deep-rooted organisational issues, from systemic non-compliance and reputational damage to cultural stagnation and declining enrolments. Her strength lies in offering clear, staged strategies that balance quality, safety, and financial performance. She is the voice people trust when things go wrong, and the strategic partner they call on to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Jen also leads child safeguarding training modules internationally, including China and Cambodia, helping raise the global standard of early childhood protection and education.

Jen has always preferred to remain behind the scenes, focusing on uplifting the sector rather than managing services herself. But in the wake of devastating media coverage and breaches in child safety across Australia, she felt a responsibility to do more. He belief: “We cannot allow good educators to be demoralised, or children to fall through the cracks. The answer is not blame; it’s vigilance, culture, and care.”
